Learn to relax, manage stress, and create a calm mind in this inspiring and informative 8 week programme (1.5 hours per week). You’ll get to understand and experience these three different practices and try out different techniques. Learning to incorporate these powerful practices in your life will benefit your relationship with yourself, others and your health and wellbeing.
This is an experiential and introductory programme, suitable for all levels of ability, with discussion and practice work between each session. The programme is now in its eighth successful year, and runs this year at Stalisfield Village Hall with beautiful views of the Kent countryside and airy space.
More and more people are adding some form of relaxation, mindfulness or meditation to their daily routine for simple relaxation, stress relief or as a means to achieving a deeper communication with themselves. As the benefits are now better understood, increasingly these valuable practices are being applied across lots of different areas, such as business, universities and schools.
